3 Points of Contact

The 4-channel video visually depicts my 3 Points of Contact method by blacking out each channel when my feet or hands are not in contact with the tree. 4 GoPro cameras were attached to my lower legs and forearms. One microphone was attached to my collar and all 5 channels of sound were balanced for surround sound.
